PolyJet Finishes

After printing is complete, we remove all support structures and clean the parts, ensuring clean surfaces and clear details, ready for use or display.

KH-TAT can provide additional post-processing and surface modification services according to your needs. For example, you can select the "Gloss Print" setting to give upward-facing part surfaces a smooth, shiny effect. Note that with gloss settings, part bottoms and vertical edges will remain matte, and layer lines may be more pronounced.

Suitable for functional testing, assembly verification, and surface effect evaluation, helping development teams identify issues and optimize designs in early stages.

Rapid Tooling

Rapid Tooling

PolyJetcan produce tools, jigs, and other fixtures suitable for production environments, with good durability and precision to meet low-volume manufacturing needs.

Advantages of PolyJet

Eliminates multiple steps involved in traditional processes like tool making, milling, and mold development, simplifying production workflows and improving response speed.

Can form complex structures with high precision, achieving shapes and details difficult with traditional manufacturing methods.

Supports combinations of materials with various hardnesses, can simulate rubber texture, suitable for flexible structures like handles and seals, breaking through traditional process limitations on part morphology.

Offers various photopolymer resin materials with different mechanical and appearance properties, supporting multi-material composite printing and overmolding-like structures.

Since PolyJet can complete complex, multi-material part manufacturing in a single operation, overall production time is significantly reduced.KH-TATParts can be delivered in as fast as a few days, helping projects advance efficiently.

Overview: What is PolyJet 3D Printing?

PolyJet Technology Basics

PolyJet is a High Precision 3D printing technology, widely applied for its excellent surface finish and customizable material properties.its How It Works is similar to inkjet printing, building 3D solid parts layer by layer by jetting photopolymer resin and instantly curing it with UV light. This technology is currently one of the high-precision, fast, and material-rich solutions in industrial-grade 3D printing.

PolyJet How It Works

PolyJet How It Works
During printing, the equipment jets liquid photopolymer resin in extremely thin layers onto the build platform, with each layer immediately cured by UV light exposure to form solid structures. This process repeats layer by layer until the complete part is formed. For overhanging or complex structures, the system simultaneously prints support material to ensure forming stability. After printing, support material is manually removed, and the part is ready for subsequent use or display.

PolyJet Technology Advantages Summary

PolyJet technology, with its outstanding surface quality and material diversity, can produce parts with rich details and realistic feel. Compared to traditional manufacturing methods, it not only supports free combination of multiple material properties but also simulates the performance of different functional materials. Combined with High Precision forming and overmolding-like capabilities, PolyJet is the ideal choice for Rapid Prototyping and functional validation.
